About Us

Strecker Paint Corporation began in 1995 after Mike Strecker moved to Chelan, WA from Bellevue, WA. He attended Gonzaga University. The Chelan area seemed to be the perfect area to dedicate his painting services to customers who are interested in protecting their largest investment—their home.

Mike learned to paint side by side with his grandfather Willis Elliott who in 1950 started his own business, Elliott Paint Company. Willis worked with some of Seattle's most recognized designers and professionals throughout the business community.

Mike has been able to work with his uncles who now own the business. He has travelled internationally for Holland America Cruise Line painting interiors of ships in Singapore, Portugal, Barbados, and Martinique.

Strecker Paint strives to continue the tradition of building relationships that last as long as the coatings on his customers' homes. He is married to Jody who is from Wisconsin and owns a home store in Chelan called Persnickety. They have three sons, Joe, Nick and Vince.
