For our current project in Manson, we have been working on the interior woodwork in the office, guest house, and house.

Extensive caulking and spackling must be performed on all the trim before the final topcoats can be applied. Thorough sanding and spot puttying ensures a smooth topcoat. The oil based paint is specially applied with a Capspray 9900 five-stage turbine HVLP.

The exterior windows that are masked are getting ready to receive a product made for steel extrusion applications—Coraflon. This product from PPG Industries is a breakthrough field coating optimal for building restoration, metal restoration, and other large surface applications. Use Coralflon ADS coatings on Architectural Metal, Curtain Wall, roofs, aluminum windows, doors, handrails, stairs, and other structurally sound surfaces.
