The Seattle Times July 8, 2007 issue of Pacific Northwest Outdoor Living showcased one of our client's properties. The teak specialist work was pictured in the layout. The Bodal's requested that their outdoor furniture be able to stand up to the wear and tear of the NW's damp climate.

This house on the south shore of Lake Chelan requires constant upkeep to maintain the beauty and integrity of it's custom logs and siding. We provide services on a yearly basis to keep this house protected from the sun and snow.

1. This house had cedar siding that was dirty, faded,and in need of being stripped down to bare wood. We used Behr stripper to remove the old finish then applied oxcalic acid to brighten the cedar. Then finished with a coat of Behr Weatherproofing wood sealer.
2. The Eastern side was especially hard hit. As you can see, the new finish is a nice sight.
3. The Metal roof was painted with a Pittsburgh product called DTM. The roof had severely oxidized and needed a new look.

This home received a coat of Sherwin-Williams latex stain called Woodscapes. Each shingle was sprayed and backbrushed.

This log home is owned by a couple from Germany. It sits high atop the hills above Chelan and endures weather that can compromise the exterior year around. We applied products from Perma-Chink that are specially designed for custom log home applications.

These fiberglass doors were stained and topcoated with three coats of tinted Lacquer four years ago.

Manson, WA
We were chosen by Jack and Gayle Courtney of Manson to paint the new Manson Red Apple Market. We are proud to have painted both Red Apple Markets in the Chelan Valley. We applied Pittsburgh Paint products to the interior. The coffee shop showcased a depth of color to reflect the stores new and progressive theme.
